Fremont River Veterinary Clinic is a full-service veterinary clinic located in Lyman, Utah. We are dedicated to providing the best possible care for your beloved animals.

Dr. Van Dyke graduated from Washington State's School of Veterinary Medicine with an emphasis in Equine Medicine.
