Saint George Vet Center provides confidential help to Veterans, service members, and their families at no cost in a non-medical setting. We are located in Saint George, UT.

We offer a range of services from talk therapy to recreational activities. Key services include counseling for needs such as depression, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and the psychological effects of military sexual trauma (MST).

Our counseling is confidential, and we won’t share any information about you without your permission—except in a life-threatening situation. We are committed to providing safe and supportive care.
