The Norfolk SPCA is one of the nation’s oldest animal welfare organizations serving Hampton Roads with compassion and care. We are located in Norfolk, VA.

We rescue rehabilitate and rehome pets—and operate a veterinary clinic to keep them healthy and well. Services include spay/neuter options, vaccine clinics, and general exams & surgeries.
