We offer acupuncture as a treatment strategy developed in China thousands of years ago. It involves placing needles into specific points on the body to help restore healthy Qi flow and balance. We believe this can be particularly helpful for chronic conditions by stimulating the nervous, circulatory, lymphatic, and immune systems.

We perform chiropractic adjustments to release joints that are stuck within their normal range of motion, relieving muscle spasm and nerve pain. Our adjustments are always performed within a safe range using hands or an activator device, often producing significant results with minimal discomfort.
