Yakima Valley Pet Rescue and Adoption Center is a non-profit, no-kill pet rescue organization dedicated to supporting animal welfare in the Yakima Valley.

We provide care for homeless and neglected dogs and cats, offering adoption services to find them loving happy homes. We have helped over 26,000 pets since our inception.

Our mission is focused on eliminating animal suffering and reducing pet overpopulation in the region.

We provide spay and neuter surgery for dogs and cats as part of our low‑cost clinic services. Eligible pet owners can schedule appointments to have their animals sterilized, with procedures that include surgery, vaccinations, microchipping, nail trims, and post‑operative care. We also offer reduced‑cost options for pregnant, cryptorchid, or herniated pets, and include flea/tick treatment and e‑collar when needed.
