Charleston WV Vet Center provides confidential help for Veterans, service members, and their families in a non-medical setting.

We offer a range of services including counseling for needs such as depression, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and the psychological effects of military sexual trauma (MST). We can also connect you with more support within VA and your community.

Our counseling is confidential. Our records can't be accessed by other VA offices without your permission—except in a life-threatening situation.
