We perform complete physical examinations on your pet as part of our wellness care and also offer them when you have concerns about your pet's health. We believe establishing a baseline is important in case your pet ever becomes ill.

We provide examinations every 4 weeks until 16 weeks of age for puppies and kittens, then once per year after that as part of our wellness plan. We also offer diagnostic testing.

We recommend biannual exams for senior pets (7+ years) to improve their quality of life through early detection of common geriatric illnesses. We also offer comprehensive blood profiles and other diagnostic testing.

We administer FVRCP vaccinations to protect against Rhinotracheitis, Calici, and Panleukopenia. We also offer Rabies vaccinations as required by West Virginia state law.

We perform annual heartworm tests to check for Heartworms (transmitted by mosquitoes). We also offer preventative products.

We recommend Catego or Bravecto for indoor and outdoor cats to prevent infestations of fleas and ticks. We can help treat your home if an infestation occurs.

We offer microchipping as a safe and effective way to ensure your pet’s safety and retrieval should they ever become lost. We use Home Again microchips.

We provide nutritional counseling to help manage your pet's weight and meet their dietary needs based on their lifestyle. We will go over diet preventative medicine and exercise to ensure that your pet is as healthy as possible.

We dispense dewormer on the initial visit with a follow-up dose in 2 weeks. We recommend repeating this every 6-12 months.

We have state-of-the-art machines that allow us to check your pet’s organ function and look for signs of infection, diabetes, kidney disease, liver disease, and thyroid disease.

We perform urinalysis as part of our senior pet diagnostics.

We perform fecal floatation for intestinal parasites on the initial visit and then once per year. We also repeat fecals after treatment to ensure infestations are resolved.

We use X-rays to diagnose fractured bones, intestinal foreign bodies, bladder stones, or tumors and can check for pregnancy.

We offer ultrasound imaging to get more detail of abdominal organs to check for tumors or other abnormalities.

We offer spaying or neutering as early as 16 weeks of age. Spaying females before their first heat cycle can decrease the chances of mammary tumors.
